I'm sure its some type of skin care barrier for those persons who might otherwise suffer skin breakdown from bladder or bowel incontinence ...

why call it frosting? geeze...I'm sure they don't mean butter cream!
Who can really say how the high paid marketing types come up with names. I have this weird idea that many of the people who go missing are being held as perpetual prisoners by advertising agencies who use them for focus groups. And that strange names for products, and even some of the products themselves are secret messages to the outside world.
