We were just talking about this yesterday how she hadn't had a period for a couple of months and I kidded that she might be pregnant again...but wasN't too concerned since she was always irregular with female cycles ... however we both agreed that hubby should go ahead and get the procedure (vasectomy) done so she wouldn't have too...much less complications.  It appears she is highly contagious to sperm! haha! and she just had a baby in July! for criteys sakes! I am not sure he even knows yet.  She is struggling with the idea of another mouth to feed.  :(  I totally get that but I also know that she would never abort.

 I guess I am going to be a grandmother of 6 instead of 5!

While I know that this too shall pass...I am at my weakest and most vulnerable state right now.

I want to drink and smoke, and burn this fuckin' house down ... coz at this point I might lose it anyway--

and this "do everything perfect or else" bullshit job? My boss and her boss are hot and heavy on all the QAAs (quality assurance associates) asses!! My boss tells me that the clients are sending such nasty derogatory emails regarding errors found on their reports to upper management and now upper management wants blood she says...and QAA heads are gonna roll.  My boss is having to call QAAs everyday over errors to include Yours Truly...and constantly sending reminder emails to do this and don't do that ... can't you read the instructions??  I find the instructions are vague regarding some things needed to adequately process a document, and the QAA'ing process of going back and forth to pull the instructions from a website for the different accounts, not to mention pulling MT instructions too, and consulting a 100% excel worksheet (after logging into smartsheet, another site we have to go into) to see whose a full proof dictator and another sheet to find out whose a full proof MT...yeah...it takes a damn minute or two or fuckin' 20 ... the whole setup is not user friendly to the QAAs.

I was being cited for errors on a report when the only way I would know the transcriptionist put in headings that were not dictated was to do a full proof (i.e., voice file to document) but this MT was not a full proof MT.  Her document came to QA to check demographic information (pt name, DOS, etc) only and address blanks if any.  I found that absolutely ridiculous to hold Yours Truly accountable and I let my boss know pronto to which she agreed.

for criteys sakes ... its giving all us QAAs anxiety since they also expect us to meet a impossible production quota too which means QAAs could overlook stuff for the sake of getting a certain # of reports everyday (80) or every hour (10).  I am lucky to get 40 in a day and that's a good production day.  Nobody is making that quota.  It is a double-edged sword.  Morale is at an all-time low.  I don't fixate on how many reports I can do in an hour or in a day cause I don't give a big fat fuck.  Fire me! At least I'll draw unemployment and be less stressed ...  however I might have to find an insulated box since I won't be able to make mortgage payments!  Anybody got a spare room?!

hahaha! I didn't even eat one piece of candy!  In my neighborhood, trust me, it would take a shitpot of candy to treat all the tricksters that pass my house on their way to Central Park where they have a safer Halloween giveaway of candy via the businesses in the area and local church groups who gather there...

The first few Halloweens I lived here, I bought tons of candy and gave it all away within an hour's time! oops...but as my finances have dwindled over the last few years, I have stopped treating on Halloween. 

Its not even fair for the kids anymore to just wait in line and go around a big square in central park to have somebody throw candy in their bags... They miss out on the door-to-door fun and staying out past the hour and half they impose as a restriction.  Heck...we used to run amuck until way past bedtime! Mom and Dad didn't care, in fact, they'd help us eat the candy!
