well, doodie, another day, another fixin'....

okay, so I call Microsoft yesterday evening.  I would recommend them, as they will work until they get 'er fixed.  This morning, I get an email from Microsoft Corporation about my computer dilemma.

My contact's name is Vishwa Singh with Microsoft Windows Technical Support.   He defined the problem as...

Problem Description:
Malware/ Virus Infection

and tried some troubleshooting...
  1. Tried starting Microsoft Antimalware Service.
  2. Tried Running Fixit.
  3. Tried Running third party virus scanner i.e. TDSKiller

Notice the word, tried...He could not fix it.  (actually I tried telling him I had already tried myself...)

So, we have to call the big poopers in on this one...LOL...

Yes, tomorrow we have another date between 4 and 5 p.m.

Hope everybody is having a good weekend.  See yuns.

what happened? where am I?

I feel dazed and confused. Labor Day weekend has come and gone. Bobbi went to the mall, hung out with family, had a pretty good weekend, however still not wanting to socially interact with kids her age.

She was ill Tuesday morning, felt feverish, had abdominal cramps, didn't feel good wanted to stay home. She had already missed Friday due to personal reasons. Wednesday comes and she is still not in school. She also talked to a counselor at the Crisis Pathways Center.

Afternoon Already?

How time flies when you're alone and uninterrupted! I love it!

I went to bed way too early last night. I put up a music post on another blog site only to find out there was a "dram-o-rama" over there as usual! I swear I believe some people will do anything for a little blog reader attention! While I spend the majority of time with work and lately taking care of my grandkids, blogging is not a big priority. I have a couple of shared blogs here on blogger, and even though it is a little more challenging to navigate and to have a sense of "community" I love having my anonymity and being able to pick and choose people I want to be a part of my blogging experience!

I guess wherever there are so-called community group blogging sites, like Blogstream, there are bound to be issues from time to time. It is like having real neighbors, some you get along with, most you just do not know, but if you want to network with your neighbors, or other bloggers of mutual interest whether it be humor, or music, story-telling, or what, and you have to go borrow a cup of sugar if you will! There are some really creative and talented writers at Blogstream, and the good definitely outweighs the bad! so I'll blog in both at whichever time suits my needs at the moment since I do have shared blogs over here.

I do not think I am going to spend time with the blog-front issues today, as far as trying to fix that search bar. I have already had to figure out after clicking the "embed comments below post" that there was no comment link to click on to make comments! LOL so that was one mystery solved and fixed! This template was a downloaded template, not the usual blogger one to choose from, which retained some of those elements even when I switched back to the regular templates they offered! This created quite a bit of headache for me yesterday! In any event, people can leave comments if they choose now, just Say It~! This new comment section underneath the blog posts are a must! Love it! Try it, you will too.

Okay, housecleaning here I come! One of these days when my ship comes in, I am going to hire a maid! and a butler!

Let's Talk Dump His Ass~!

Need to dump? One date and he's clinging? Thought you had found Mr. Right? He's a cheater? Here's a couple of letters that will Kiss Him Off!

Dear ________________,

Your call this afternoon was flattering. I'm glad you thought last night was the best night of your life but I hate to burst your bubble; it certainly wasn't mine.

While you have been replaying the scenario in your mind in eager anticipation of future rendezvous, I have spent the day:
a) regretting every moment
b) changing my phone number
c) trying to enter the witness protection program

Your whining about lost loves, rejection, and heartbreak made me feel sorry for you. Thus, the sex we engaged in was:

a) an act of mercy
b) an act of stupidity
c) a result of forgetting to take my medication
d) all of the above, i.e., a PITY FUCK and nothing more.

Someone as pathetic as you should really try:

a) a good therapist
b) Dianetics
c) a tight noose and a tall ladder

Do me a favor and forget you ever met me ...

Dear ________________,

Fancy bumping into you last night at ___________________ (name of local hot-spot) with _________________(secretary, co-worker, supposed friend, whomever). If you want to spend time with some vapid bimbo in ______________________________(frosted blue eye shadow, red-sequined wonder bra, unflattering Lycra midriff top, Lee Press-On nails) that's your prerogative. Just don't plan on spending any more ___________________ (lunches, evenings, weekends) with me. I'd rather ___________________________ (have my taxes audited, get a root canal, have a bikini wax).

You told me you were working late last night. You were working alright. I suppose you'd call that little tryst of yours a business meeting, right? Well that would certainly explain why your "colleague" _______________(was on her knees, had her tongue down your throat, had her panties around her ankles). Where was her steno pad, down your pants? And I guess you were looking for the pen you dropped down her blouse.

Your lines may be well rehearsed, but I've read the script and this act is over. Now it's time for you to take some dictation. Delete me from your _________________________(buddy list, rolodex, speed dial, unfaithful, cheating heart).

There are other fish to fry, Daddy and I'm turning up the heat.

Later.

and last but not least, here's The MR. RIGHT Rejection Letter

Dear [____rejectee's name here_____],

I regret to inform you that you have been eliminated from further contention as Mr. Right. As you are probably aware, the competition was exceedingly tough and dozens of well-qualified candidates such as yourself also failed to make the final cut. I will, however, keep your name on file should an opening become available. So that you may find better success in your future romantic endeavors, please allow me to offer the following reason(s) you were disqualified from the competition:

[Check all those that apply]
___ Your breasts are bigger than mine.
___ Your last name is objectionable. I can't imagine taking it, hyphenating it, or subjecting my children to it.
___ The fact that our finest dining experience to date has been at McDonald's reveals a thriftiness that I find unappealing.
___ Your inadvertent admission that you "buy condoms by the truckload" indicates that you may be interested in me for something other than my personality.
___ You failed the 20 Question Rule, i.e., I asked you 20 questions about yourself before you asked me one.
___ Your legs are skinnier than mine. If you can FIT into my pants, then you can't GET into my pants.
___ Your "Putting on a few, aren't you babe?" comment, given the 9-months pregnant size of your beer gut, was inappropriate.
___ You failed the credit check.
___ I find your inability to fix my car extraordinarily unappealing.
___ The fact that your apartment has been condemned reveals an inherent slovenliness that I fear is unbreakable.
___ The phrase "My Mother" has popped up far too often in conversation.
___ You still live with your parents.
___ You mention your ex-girlfriend's name more than you mention mine.
___ Three words: Size does matter.

Sincerely,
[Your name here]

Got somebody to dump? that should do it!

A Little Talk With Myself ...

Sometimes I don't know why he shuts me out, but it's been two days since I've talked to him again. Something has changed. I must be the stupidest person on earth or I am totally missing something. Perhaps because I don't want to face the fact that he truly does not love me. I know he cares for me, and calls me "special." I am not so sure I want to be "special." I need him to need and want me in his life.

He threw up during an IM conversation the other day about wanting his own child, wondering what it would look like, what traits it would take after him, etc... I guess with all the recent wedding and love floating around, I think he is reminiscing on those things he has missed in his life. He has two grown boys that he adopted, but no real children of his own. God knows if I could give them to him I would. I want him to be happy and whatever that takes. I care so very much about him.

We did have a little bit of conversation about that, and I asked him what his wife would think? Would she be willing to consent to surrogacy? He said he would do it privately, that she would never know. Does he really think he could keep that a secret? from his wife, immediate family and those he loves in his life like his brother and sister in law, or even his own children? I told him that surrogate was always a possibility.

He is a wonderful man in so many aspects. I am sure he is adored by his boys, however from what I gathered, he obviously does not intend to raise "his child" should he father one, other than financially and whatever time he could squeeze in?

Talk about a secret life. Brings to mind the Leonard Cohen song, doesn't it?
