its Thursday, been a long frickin' week. Found out granddaughter is bipolar; her biological father is, his brother is, and his mother is...no wonder this kid is out of control. :( Now the research and the hunt is on to find her the best treatment humanely possible, lets hope at 15 we are not too late. Work has been grueling...my head spins...this client, that client...we now have to make a quota every hour which is impossible to do! Management sucks. I need a new job and new life!

oh these foreign doctors...:( You would not believe the foreign doctor names in some of these accounts from California and trying to decipher their dialect is sometimes impossible ... lord have mercy! sometimes their sentences are even bass ackward!
She states that she does not normally drink alcohol, but thought of drinking a wine of glass for dinner, the day her abdomen got distended.

this happens to me nearly everyday. :) anybody out there need a good worker? I'm tired of this job, I need a new one. Go ahead tell me whatcha got. Maybe I'll be one of those housesitters...walk dogs, clean up dog doodie...water/fed cats...wonder how good that pays?!
